Welcome to Les Moineaux (The Sparrows) & Le Nid du Moineau (Sparrow's Nest), a homely retreat in the Gard region of France.

2 comfortable properties with pool available for rent in the village of Brouzet les Alès, close to Uzès.

Within an hour of the Mediterranean beaches, the properties are over 150 years old and are constructed of stone. The walls are a metre thick ensuring you stay cool in the hot summer. The properties have been fully restored with double glazing, new roofs, kitchens and bathrooms.

Brouzet is a small but active village. The house is in the centre of the village facing the village green and in summer the villagers play boules into the warm evenings.

The village bar and boulangerie, for those fresh breakfast croissants and pain au chocolat, are close by.

Both properties have “voutains” (vaulted) ceilings, terracotta tile floors, exposed stone and a host of charming features.

Les Moineaux (The Sparrows) can sleep up to 8 in four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Le Nid du Moineau (Sparrow’s Nest) has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will sleep up to 5.

The properties are available to rent together or separately. However we will only rent both properties together to a single party.

You will have exclusive use of the property.
