Anyone renting any property can be assured that there will only ever be one party renting at a time, large or small, so there is never any sharing of facilities with other renters.
The rent includes - bed linen, towels (inc. pool towels) and end of stay cleaning.
A "Welcome Pack" will be provided.
An evening meal on the arrival day could be available by prior arrangement. The cost of this will be decided subject to your requirements.
30% deposit of the rent confirms the booking and the balance is due 8 weeks in advance of rental period. We will hold a provisional booking for 1 week only.
An additional refundable deposit of £250 key loss/damage is required when paying the remaining balance. This is fully refundable on safe return of keys and no breakages, missing items, damage or abnormal cleaning required.- The property will be prepared prior to your arrival with clean bed linen and towels. Please note that the property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. This times may be able to be changed by prior arrangement.
- Payment can be made in either Sterling or Euros. Sterling payments will be calculated at the exchange rate at the time of payment. Please contact us for the payment options & bank details as appropriate.
- Cancellation Policy: We are unable to refund any monies 8 weeks before arrival. It is common practice to take out travel insurance to cover this and other eventualities.

- BOOKINGS ARE SATURDAY to SATURDAY, unless agreed to be different.
